Important: employer registration only
WorkOccMed employer accounts are intended exclusively for legitimate employers seeking occupational health, drug testing, DOT compliance, and related services for their own company and employees.
The following are not permitted to register under an Employer account:
- Third-party administrators (C/TPAs), consortium operators, or companies seeking to provide these services to other employers.
- Resellers, brokers, intermediaries, or competing service providers seeking to access WorkOccMed services, systems, or infrastructure for resale or third-party use.
- Individuals or entities that are not registering on behalf of their own business for its own workforce.
- Any person or entity attempting to obtain access to WorkOccMed's platform, pricing, integrations, or services for unauthorized commercial use.
Third-party access, reseller arrangements, white-label services, API access, and other business-to-business partnerships require prior written approval and a separate written agreement with WorkOccMed.
By proceeding with registration, you certify that you are authorized to act on behalf of the employer identified in your application and that the account will be used for that employer's own workforce and authorized business purposes.
WorkOccMed reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements, subject to applicable law and any governing agreement.
