Our most popular service. The FMCSA-required medical examination for all commercial drivers (CDL holders). Includes your Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) upon passing. What the exam covers: vision and hearing, blood pressure, urinalysis, cardiovascular and respiratory health, and a full medical history review.

Before a new hire steps on the job, make sure they're fit for duty. Our pre-employment physical examinations meet OSHA and industry-specific requirements. Order for one employee or your entire team — we scale with you.
Titer tests confirm immunity to diseases like MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Varicella (chickenpox), and Hepatitis B. These are commonly required for healthcare workers, school employees, and others in patient-facing or high-risk roles. Each titer test is $75 and available nationwide.
Services include: MMR Titer, Varicella Titer, Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Titer.
OSHA requires respirator fit testing for any worker who wears a tight-fitting respirator on the job. This includes healthcare workers, construction workers, industrial workers, and emergency responders. Work OccMed provides OSHA-compliant qualitative and quantitative fit testing at sites nationwide.
DOT and non-DOT drug testing available at 15,000+ certified collection sites. We offer 5-panel, 10-panel, and custom panels for employers. Results typically returned within 24–72 hours. We also manage random testing consortiums for DOT-regulated employers — $49 per driver per year, fully FMCSA compliant.

Go to portal.dot-physical.net/order and select your service — DOT physical, drug test, titer, fit test, or a combo. Enter your name and contact information, then pay securely online. The entire process takes about 5 minutes from start to finish.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team reviews it and sends your authorization form directly to your email — typically within 1 hour during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET). The authorization tells you exactly what service was ordered and how to proceed.
Take your authorization form — digital or printed — and walk into any of our 15,000+ certified collection and examination sites nationwide. No appointment needed. Sites include urgent care centers, occupational health clinics, and lab collection centers in every state. Just show your ID and your authorization, and you're done.
For drug tests and lab work, results are sent directly to the employer or the portal — usually within 24–72 hours. For DOT physicals, the medical examiner issues your Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC card) on the spot when you pass. Everything is documented and stored in your portal account.
